Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3–4 years in a zonal or regional sales management role within FMCG, pharmaceuticals, consumer durables, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing large, geographically dispersed sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of the North India market, including distributor networks and retail landscape across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data-driven sales reporting platforms.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the zone as required.
Benefits

- Company-provided vehicle, fuel allowance, and travel expense reimbursement for all official duties.
- Comprehensive health insurance coverage for the employee and immediate family members.
- Structured career development programs, leadership training, and clear pathways for advancement to national-level roles.
