About the role
The employer is seeking an experienced Workday Extend Consultant to join its team in Hyderabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom applications built on the Workday Extend (formerly Workday Prism/Studio) platform, working closely with functional and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
The role involves end-to-end ownership of Workday Extend application development, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment. The consultant will collaborate with HR and IT teams to translate business needs into robust, compliant Workday-native solutions.
- Design and develop custom applications using Workday Extend
- Integrate Extend applications with core Workday HCM modules
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation
- Document technical specifications and support knowledge transfer activities
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
