About the role
The employer is looking for a skilled Workday Developer to join its team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining Workday applications, ensuring seamless integration and optimal system performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, building, and configuring Workday modules and integrations
- Collaborating with functional and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Workday configurations and integrations
- Supporting ongoing system enhancements and upgrades
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Workday development, a strong understanding of HR or finance business processes, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, or related integration tools is expected.
