WMS Support Specialist – HighJump L1 & L2

The employer is seeking a WMS Support professional with hands-on experience in the HighJump Warehouse Management System to join their team in Kochi, Kerala. The position covers both Level 1 and Level 2 support functions within a warehouse management environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L1 and L2 technical support for the HighJump WMS platform
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues raised by end users
• Escalate complex issues beyond L2 scope to the appropriate teams
• Maintain documentation of support tickets and resolutions

Required Skills:

• Demonstrated experience with HighJump (now Blue Yonder) WMS
• Understanding of warehouse management processes and workflows
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills for end-user interaction
