An opportunity for a WMS Support professional with HighJump expertise to handle L1 and L2 support responsibilities based in Kochi, Kerala.
About the role
This role is focused on providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for a Warehouse Management System (WMS) built on the HighJump platform. The position is based in Kochi, Kerala, India.
The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving WMS-related issues raised by end users, escalating complex problems as appropriate, and ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations.
Key areas of focus include:
- L1 and L2 support for HighJump WMS
- Issue triage, logging, and resolution within defined SLAs
- Coordination with internal teams for escalations beyond L2 scope
- Maintaining documentation of incidents and resolutions
