The employer is looking for a skilled WMS Support Specialist to join its team in Kochi, Kerala. The role focuses on providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for clients and end users.
The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues related to the HighJump WMS platform, escalating complex problems as appropriate, and maintaining high standards of service delivery across support tiers.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for HighJump WMS
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve system and functional issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain documentation of incidents, resolutions, and support processes
