The employer is looking for an experienced WMS Support Engineer specialising in HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) to join their team in Kochi, Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for WMS operations.
In this role, the engineer will diagnose and resolve system issues, manage support tickets, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the HighJump WMS platform. The position requires a solid understanding of warehouse management processes and the ability to troubleshoot technical problems efficiently.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for the HighJump WMS application
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system incidents and service requests
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to address and close support issues
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and system configurations
