WMS Support Engineer – HighJump L1/L2

About the role
This role is focused on delivering L1 and L2 support for the HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS), working within a team that services warehouse and supply-chain technology environments.
The position is based in Kochi, Kerala and requires candidates with hands-on experience in WMS support, including incident triage, troubleshooting, and resolution at both first- and second-line levels.
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for HighJump WMS
- Diagnose, log, and resolve system incidents and service requests
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up to closure
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and known errors
