About the role
The employer is looking for a WMS Support Engineer with hands-on experience in HighJump Warehouse Management System to handle Level 1 and Level 2 support responsibilities from its Kochi, Kerala office.
The role involves diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving WMS-related incidents and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption to warehouse operations for clients. The candidate will be expected to manage support tickets, escalate complex issues appropriately, and maintain documentation of resolutions.
- Experience with HighJump WMS at an L1 or L2 support level
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for warehouse management workflows
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams during issue resolution
