WMS Support Engineer – HighJump L1 & L2

About the role
The employer is looking for a WMS Support Engineer with hands-on experience in HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) to join their team in Kochi, Kerala. The role spans both Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) support functions within a warehouse management environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving WMS-related issues raised by end users, escalating complex problems appropriately, and ensuring system stability and continuity of warehouse operations.
- Provide L1 and L2 support for the HighJump WMS platform
- Investigate and resolve system incidents and user-reported issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for issue escalation and resolution
- Document support cases, resolutions, and known issues for knowledge-base maintenance
Candidates with demonstrated experience supporting HighJump or comparable WMS platforms and a strong understanding of warehouse operations and support processes are encouraged to apply.
