About the role
H&M is seeking a talented Visual Merchandiser to be part of its retail team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for executing visual merchandising standards across the store, ensuring that displays are on-brand, commercially effective, and visually inspiring for customers.
The Visual Merchandiser will work closely with the store team to translate H&M's global visual guidelines into impactful in-store experiences. Key responsibilities include arranging product displays, styling mannequins, planning floor layouts, and maintaining a consistent brand aesthetic throughout the store.
- Execute in-store visual displays in line with H&M's brand guidelines
- Style mannequins and coordinate outfit presentations
- Collaborate with store management to optimise product placement and commercial output
- Monitor and maintain the overall visual standard of the store on a daily basis
