About the role
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for bringing the brand's visual identity to life on the retail floor. This involves planning and executing product displays, window arrangements, and in-store presentations that attract customers and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Display execution: Setting up and maintaining visually appealing product arrangements in line with brand guidelines
- Floor planning: Collaborating with the store team to optimise product placement and customer flow
- Brand standards: Ensuring all visual elements consistently reflect the brand's identity and seasonal directives
- Trend awareness: Staying informed about current fashion and retail trends to keep displays fresh and relevant
The ideal candidate has a keen eye for aesthetics, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a fast-paced retail environment. Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related creative field is an advantage.
