About the role
The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for bringing the brand's visual identity to life on the retail floor. This role involves planning and executing in-store displays, window presentations, and product arrangements that attract customers and drive sales.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing visually appealing merchandise displays in line with brand guidelines
- Ensuring consistent presentation standards are maintained across all areas of the store
- Collaborating with the store team to align visual strategies with current promotions and seasonal campaigns
- Monitoring and refreshing displays regularly to keep the shopping environment engaging and up to date
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, a good understanding of retail display principles, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. Prior experience in visual merchandising or a related creative retail role is advantageous.
