The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing visually appealing merchandise presentations that attract customers and drive sales across the store floor.
The role requires a creative eye combined with a strong understanding of retail merchandising principles. Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining window displays, in-store layouts, and promotional setups that align with brand guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
- Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies in line with brand standards
- Coordinate product placement and display arrangements across departments
- Monitor and maintain the visual standards of the store on a regular basis
