The employer is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join their retail team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role is central to delivering an outstanding in-store experience by translating brand guidelines into impactful visual presentations across the shop floor.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing window displays, floor layouts, and product arrangements in line with current seasonal and commercial directives. A strong eye for aesthetics combined with an understanding of retail consumer behaviour will be essential to succeed in this position.
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards throughout the store
- Collaborate with the store team to align displays with promotional and sales objectives
- Monitor and replenish displays to ensure a consistent and appealing presentation at all times
- Provide feedback on product placement and contribute ideas for improving the customer journey
