The employer is looking for a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join their team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role is central to delivering an outstanding in-store customer experience by ensuring that product displays, layouts, and overall store aesthetics align with brand guidelines.
The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and executing visual merchandising strategies across the store floor. This includes arranging product displays, styling mannequins, managing window presentations, and ensuring that all visual elements reflect current campaigns and seasonal themes.
- Plan and implement in-store visual displays in line with brand directives
- Style mannequins and dress forms to reflect current collections
- Collaborate with the store team to maintain floor standards and product placement
- Monitor and replenish display areas to ensure a consistent and appealing presentation
- Support the execution of promotional and seasonal changeovers
The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for aesthetics, a passion for fashion retail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced store environment. Prior experience in visual merchandising within a retail setting will be an advantage.
