About the role
The employer is seeking a skilled Visual Merchandiser to join their retail team in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This role is central to delivering an engaging and commercially effective in-store experience that reflects the brand's visual identity and merchandising guidelines.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing window displays, floor layouts, and product presentations in line with brand standards. Working closely with the store team, the Visual Merchandiser will ensure that all displays are consistently maintained, seasonally updated, and aligned with current campaigns and collections.
- Create and implement visually compelling in-store displays and window presentations
- Maintain merchandising standards across all departments on the shop floor
- Collaborate with store management to support commercial goals through effective product placement
- Adapt global visual directives to suit the local store environment
- Monitor and respond to sales performance data to optimise product visibility
