About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Visa Consultant to join our growing immigration services team in India. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and corporate clients navigating the complexities of visa applications, immigration procedures, and international travel documentation. You will be responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date guidance on visa requirements across multiple countries while ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for every client. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, well-versed in global immigration regulations, and passionate about helping people achieve their international goals — whether for tourism, education, employment, or permanent residency.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess client profiles and provide comprehensive consultation on appropriate visa categories, eligibility criteria, and application procedures for various countries including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen nations.
- Guide clients through the end-to-end visa application process, including document checklist preparation, form filling, and submission to the relevant embassies or consulates.
- Review and verify all supporting documents such as financial statements, employment letters, travel history, and personal identification to ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
- Stay current with changes in immigration laws, visa policies, consular requirements, and processing timelines across multiple jurisdictions to provide reliable and updated advice.
- Coordinate and schedule visa appointments, embassy interviews, and biometric sessions on behalf of clients, ensuring all deadlines are met without delays.
- Handle visa refusals and rejections by analyzing the reasons, advising clients on corrective measures, and preparing stronger reapplication strategies when applicable.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using CRM software, tracking application statuses and following up proactively to keep clients informed throughout the process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients by managing bulk visa applications for employee business travel and international assignments.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law, International Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Certification in immigration consulting is a strong advantage.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a related travel and documentation role within India.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, consular procedures, and immigration requirements for major destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, UAE, and Schengen countries.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex immigration processes clearly and confidently to clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple client cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience working with CRM or case management software for tracking and documentation purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive client information with the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
Benefits
- Competitive Compensation: Attractive fixed salary package complemented by performance-based incentives and target bonuses that reward your expertise and results.
- Professional Development: Access to ongoing training programs, immigration law workshops, and industry certifications to keep your knowledge sharp and career advancing.
- Health and Wellness: Comprehensive medical insurance coverage for employees and their immediate family members, along with wellness initiatives to support your overall well-being.
- Work-Life Balance: Structured working hours with paid annual leave, public holidays, and flexible scheduling options available for eligible team members.
- Growth Opportunities: Clear career progression pathways within a rapidly expanding organization, with opportunities to take on senior consulting, team leadership, or specialization roles.
