About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visa Consultant to join our growing immigration services team in India. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and corporate clients navigating the complexities of international visa and immigration processes. You will be responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date guidance on visa requirements, documentation, and application procedures for a wide range of countries and visa categories. The ideal candidate is client-focused, well-versed in global immigration regulations, and capable of managing multiple cases simultaneously with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess client profiles and provide comprehensive consultation on suitable visa categories, including tourist, student, work, business, and permanent residency visas for destinations worldwide.
  • Guide clients through the end-to-end visa application process, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted within prescribed deadlines.
  • Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, embassy policies, and consular procedures across key destination countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen nations, and others.
  • Prepare and review visa application forms, cover letters, and supporting documents to maximize the likelihood of approval while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise directly with embassies, consulates, and visa application centers on behalf of clients to schedule appointments, track application status, and resolve any queries or complications.
  • Maintain detailed and confidential client records using CRM software, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate case documentation throughout the application lifecycle.
  • Educate clients on interview preparation, biometric enrollment procedures, travel insurance requirements, and other pre-departure formalities specific to their visa type.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, corporate tie-ups, and community outreach while contributing to overall team revenue targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in law, international relations, or travel and tourism is considered a strong advantage.
  • Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in visa consulting, immigration services, or a closely related field within the Indian market.
  • In-depth knowledge of visa regulations, documentation requirements, and application procedures for major immigration destinations including the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Schengen countries.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Hindi or regional languages is an added benefit for client interaction.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle a high volume of cases simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience working with CRM or case management software.
  • A client-first mindset with demonstrated ability to build trust, manage expectations, and deliver results under pressure.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary package with attractive performance-based incentives and quarterly bonuses tied to client success rates and revenue targets.
  • Continuous professional development opportunities, including sponsored training programs, immigration law workshops, and internationally recognized certification courses.
  • A collaborative and supportive work environment with clear pathways for career advancement into senior consultant, team lead, or managerial roles.
  • Comprehensive health insurance coverage for employees and immediate family members, along with paid annual and casual leave as per company policy.
  • Flexible working arrangements, including hybrid work options, modern office facilities, and access to industry-leading tools and resources to support your daily operations.
