About the role
The Reel Store is looking for a talented Video Editor who can seamlessly work across two distinct editing styles — cinematic and fast-cut. The ideal candidate understands pacing, visual rhythm, and how to shape raw footage into compelling stories that resonate with modern audiences.
In this role, the editor will be responsible for cutting and assembling video content that meets the creative brief, whether that calls for a polished, high-production cinematic feel or an energetic, quick-paced edit suited to social and digital formats.
- Proficiency in both cinematic and fast-cut editing techniques
- Strong command of industry-standard video editing software
- Ability to handle colour grading, audio syncing, and motion graphics as needed
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating range across editing styles
