The selected candidate will be responsible for verifying insurance eligibility and benefits for patients, coordinating with insurance payers, and maintaining precise records to support the billing and revenue cycle process.
- Perform insurance eligibility and benefits verification
- Communicate with insurance companies to obtain accurate coverage details
- Document and update verification information in relevant systems
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve insurance-related queries
