- Conduct verification of benefits (VOB) for patients across insurance plans
- Liaise with insurance companies to confirm coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and authorisation requirements
- Accurately record and communicate verified information to relevant internal teams
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in insurance information in a timely manner
