About the role
A Hyderabad-based IT services and staffing company is looking for a motivated US Staffing Specialist to join its recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition activities focused on the US job market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US-based client requirements
- Coordinating with account managers and clients to understand job requirements and fulfil open positions
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining timely communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Negotiating rates and offers with candidates and ensuring smooth onboarding processes
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US staffing processes, including familiarity with visa categories (such as H1B, OPT, CPT, and GC), experience using job boards and applicant tracking systems, and strong communication skills. Prior experience in a US IT staffing environment is preferred.
