Key responsibilities in this role include sourcing and screening candidates for US-based client requirements, coordinating with account managers or clients to understand job specifications, and ensuring timely submission of qualified profiles.
- Experience in US IT or non-IT staffing
- Familiarity with US work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, etc.)
- Proficiency in sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in US time zones
