The employer is looking for a driven US Staffing Specialist to join its Hyderabad team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle for US clients, from understanding job requirements to successfully closing placements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates through job boards, databases, and networking
- Screening resumes and conducting initial candidate assessments
- Coordinating with account managers and clients to understand staffing needs
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Negotiating rates and facilitating offer processes for placements
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US IT staffing, a solid understanding of US hiring practices and tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and the ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones.
