An established IT staffing and technology services company is looking for a US Staffing Specialist to join its team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is an opportunity for recruitment professionals with hands-on experience in the US staffing domain to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for US-based job requirements. This includes working across various employment types such as W2, C2C, and 1099, and coordinating closely with account managers and clients to fulfil open positions efficiently.
- Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and internal databases
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical and cultural fit
- Negotiate rates and manage end-to-end placement processes
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for US client requirements
