SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes targeting the US staffing market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions with US-based clients
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining recruitment databases
