US Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and placing qualified candidates for positions within the United States market.

The role requires a strong understanding of US staffing processes, including working across time zones aligned with North American business hours. The recruiter will collaborate with account managers and clients to fulfil open requisitions efficiently and accurately.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based job requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate data
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified talent for recurring client needs
