US Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. This position is centered on supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts for clients and roles based in the United States.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and placing qualified talent across US-based job requirements. Working in a fast-paced staffing environment, the recruiter will collaborate with internal teams to meet client hiring needs efficiently and within defined timelines.

• Source candidates through job boards, databases, and networking channels
• Screen and evaluate applicants to match client requirements
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with stakeholders
