US Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and placing qualified candidates for positions across the United States.

The role demands a strong understanding of the US staffing industry, including familiarity with visa classifications, job boards, and candidate engagement strategies suited to the North American market.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for US-based client requirements
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent
• Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand job requirements
• Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process
