About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join its team based in the Mohali district of India. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for positions within the United States market.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, working closely with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and deliver qualified talent in a timely manner.
- Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate with US-based teams and clients to fulfill open requisitions
- Maintain accurate records within the applicant tracking system
This position is well suited to individuals with prior experience in US staffing or international recruitment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in shifts aligned with North American business hours.
