About the role
SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based clients and requisitions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and engaging qualified candidates for open positions in the US market
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of talent across relevant industries and skill sets
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver timely placements
- Managing candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer acceptance
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US staffing and recruitment practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones. Prior experience in IT or non-IT staffing for the US market will be an advantage.
