US Recruiter

The employer is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team in the Mohali district, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for positions within the US market.

This role requires a strong understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes, including familiarity with various sourcing channels, applicant tracking systems, and compliance requirements relevant to North American hiring.

• Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent for current and future openings
