SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in Mohali district, India. The recruiter will be responsible for managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes for US-based clients and positions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with the US staffing or recruitment market, including familiarity with US time zones, visa classifications, and sourcing strategies tailored to North American hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates for open US client requirements
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive talent
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the placement process from submission to onboarding
- Develop relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment cycle
