SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients, working across time zones to meet staffing demands.
The role requires hands-on experience with US staffing processes, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
- Source and engage qualified candidates for open positions with US clients
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer stage
- Maintain strong pipelines using job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients effectively
