US Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for positions within the US staffing market.

In this role, the recruiter will work closely with clients and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, develop targeted sourcing strategies, and build a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates across various domains.

• End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management for US-based clients
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
• Coordinating with clients to facilitate smooth interview and onboarding processes
