About the role
SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for positions within the United States market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates for US-based client requirements
- Conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interviews
- Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Building and sustaining strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US staffing or recruitment, a strong understanding of US work authorizations and employment types, and excellent communication skills. The ability to work in shifts aligned with US time zones is essential.
