US Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. This position is central to supporting the company's US staffing operations by identifying, engaging, and placing qualified candidates across various roles and industries.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions. This includes sourcing candidates through job boards and professional networks, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with account managers and clients to fulfill hiring requirements in a timely manner.

• Source and screen candidates for US-based job requirements
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for multiple open positions
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand client needs and deliver quality submissions
