SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. This position is centered on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for clients operating in the United States staffing industry.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying qualified talent through various sourcing channels to coordinating interviews and facilitating offer negotiations with candidates and clients.
- Handle end-to-end US staffing and recruitment processes
- Source candidates through job boards, databases, and networking
- Screen and evaluate applicants based on client requirements
- Maintain strong communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
