US Recruiter

This position is suited for a recruitment professional with hands-on experience in US staffing and talent acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for clients operating in the United States market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and screening candidates for US-based job requirements
• Coordinating with clients to understand hiring needs and position specifications
• Managing candidate pipelines and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process
• Ensuring timely closures of open positions in line with client expectations

The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US recruitment processes, familiarity with job boards and sourcing tools relevant to the US market, and strong communication skills. Prior experience in a staffing or consultancy environment will be an advantage.
