This position is open for a US Recruiter to be part of a recruitment consultancy operating out of Indore, Madhya Pradesh. The role is suited to professionals with hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for clients in the United States.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements, including understanding job descriptions, identifying suitable candidates through various sourcing channels, and coordinating with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
