US Recruiter

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for positions within the US staffing market.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client requirements, identifying suitable talent through various sourcing channels, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks
• Screen and evaluate applicants based on client specifications
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information
• Coordinate interviews and facilitate offer negotiations

This position requires strong communication skills, a good understanding of the US staffing industry, and the ability to work in alignment with US time zones from the Mohali district office.
