SPECTRAFORCE is looking for a motivated US Recruiter to join its team in the Mohali district, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for US-based clients and positions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for US client requirements
- Coordinating with hiring managers and clients to understand job specifications
- Managing candidate pipelines and ensuring timely closures
- Maintaining accurate records within the applicant tracking system
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in US staffing or recruitment, a strong understanding of US hiring practices, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and Boolean search techniques is expected.
