The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of US IT staffing processes, familiarity with visa classifications (such as H1B, OPT, CPT, and GC), and experience using recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems. Strong communication skills and the ability to work in US time zones are essential for this role.
