About the role
The employer is looking for a motivated US IT Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Nagpur, Maharashtra. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for information technology roles catering to the US staffing market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing qualified IT candidates through job boards, professional networks, and databases
- Screening and evaluating candidates based on technical requirements and client expectations
- Coordinating interviews and managing communication between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintaining and updating applicant tracking systems with accurate candidate information
The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of US IT staffing processes, familiarity with various visa types (such as H-1B, OPT, CPT, and GC), and strong communication skills. Prior experience in a US recruitment or staffing environment will be an advantage.
