The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements. This involves working closely with hiring managers and clients to understand staffing needs and deliver suitable candidates within defined timelines.

• Source candidates through job boards, professional networks, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with clients and account managers to fulfil open IT requirements
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation
