Familiarity with the US IT staffing industry — including contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent placement models — is essential.
- Generate and manage a pipeline of new business leads within the US IT market
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their technology staffing and solutions needs
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively
- Meet and exceed revenue and business development targets
Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts on an onsite basis from the Hyderabad office, coordinating directly with US clients and internal stakeholders across time zones.
