A US-focused IT staffing and recruitment company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join its Hyderabad team. The role is designed for professionals with a strong background in the US IT staffing or technology services industry who are comfortable working night shifts to support North American clients.
The primary responsibility of this position is to identify and develop new business opportunities within the US IT market. The selected candidate will be expected to build and maintain client relationships, generate leads, and close staffing or technology service deals with companies across the United States.
- Drive end-to-end business development for US IT staffing or technology services
- Prospect, pitch, and onboard new clients in the North American market
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client requirements
- Meet and exceed revenue and growth targets on a consistent basis
