This is an onsite, night-shift opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager focused on the US IT market, based out of Hyderabad, Telangana. The role requires working during US business hours and involves driving growth within the IT staffing and solutions space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business relationships with US-based clients, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and collaborating with internal recruitment and delivery teams to fulfil client requirements effectively.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of US IT clients and prospects
- Manage client relationships and negotiate contracts and terms of business
- Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Meet and exceed revenue and business development targets
Candidates should have a proven background in US IT staffing sales or business development, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior experience working in night-shift roles aligned to North American time zones is preferred.
