US HR Executive – US Staffing
A Hyderabad-based opportunity for an HR professional to support US staffing operations, managing end-to-end recruitment and human resources functions aligned with the US market.
About the role
This role is suited for an HR professional with hands-on experience in US staffing and recruitment processes. The position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, and involves working closely with the staffing team to source, screen, and place candidates for clients in the United States.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based requirements, including understanding job descriptions, identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and facilitating onboarding formalities.
- Experience in US staffing, IT recruitment, or related HR functions
- Familiarity with US work authorizations such as H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in US time zones
- Proficiency in sourcing tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems
